- Return Period
Customers can apply for a return or refund within 30 days of receiving the goods. Orders placed after 30 days will no longer be eligible for return requests unless there is a quality issue with the product or other legal provisions.
- Return Conditions
Returned goods must meet the following conditions:
The goods are in their original condition, without visibly used or damaged.
Packaging, accessories, and gifts are complete.
They do not affect resale.
If the goods do not meet the above conditions, it may affect the refund approval or the refund amount.
- Refund Processing Time
After we receive and inspect the returned goods and confirm that they meet the return conditions, we will complete the refund processing within 3 business days. The refund will be returned to the customer’s account via the original payment method.

- Shipping and Handling Fees
